Issam Type Font License Agreement (ePub)

This Font License Agreement is a binding agreement between you and Issam Type. By using the Font Software (“Fonts”) provided by Issam Type (“Licensor”), you (“Licensee”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (“EULA”).

1. Binding Agreement
By downloading, purchasing, or otherwise using the Font Software, You acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If You do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, You must not use the Font Software.

2. License Grants
Issam Type grants you a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable license to use the Font Software in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3. Permitted Uses
This license permits you to embed the Font Software into an Electronic Publication (eBook), including an Electronic Publication for commercial use for the number of titles selected at the time of purchase, and distribute worldwide such Electronic Publication to End Users in a secure manner which does not allow them to access the Font Software.

4. Titles
This license is limited by “titles”, which is the quantity of distinct Ebook titles. The maximum number of titles must not exceed the number selected at the time of purchase.

5. Restrictions on Use
Except as may be otherwise expressly permitted herein, you may not :
Install the Font Software on the operating system on which the electronic publication runs
a) Use the Font Software for desktop use.
b) Distribute the Font Software with any website’s source code or templates.
c) Embed the Font Software in websites, mobile applications and games, digital ads;
d) Use the Font Software to create alphabet or letterform products based on Font Software for resale.
e) Rent, lease, sublicense, give, lend, or further distribute the Font Software, or any copy thereof..

6. Third Parties
You may provide the Font Software to third-party service providers, such as printers or graphic designers, solely for the purpose of reproducing your own work. You agree to:
a) Ensure that such third parties are aware of and comply with the terms of this Agreement.
b) Not allow third parties to retain any copies of the Font Software upon completion of the work.

7. No Refunds
All amounts are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-creditable.

8. Limited Warranty
The Font Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Issam Type does not guarantee that the Font Software will be error-free or that it will function without interruptions.

9. Font Modifications
You may not recompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify in any other way the Font Software or creation of any derivative work in whole or in part.

10. Copyright
The Font Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Issam Type is the sole, exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights, including rights under copyright and trademark law. You agree not to use the Font Software in any manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of Issam Type or violates the terms of this agreement.

11. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Issam Type may terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice if you breach any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Font Software and delete all copies of the Font Software in your possession.
